Life Coaching

A certified life coach is a professional who helps you achieve nontherapeutic personal and professional goals. Over the last decade coaching has exploded to become a modernized form of personal empowerment. It provides motivation, accountability and strategies to reach your dreams.

Life coaches focus on client goals. They are not equipped to diagnose or treat mental health conditions, therefore insurance benefits cannot be used as payment. Instead of dealing with the past, life coaches will focus more on your present and future potential, and help you realize what your future could look like.

If you are not sure which type of professional would be most helpful, consider the following statements.
