Allow us to introduce the newest member of our team – Bella, the Comfort Dog. She will be in the office more regularly in the days ahead as compared to last year. Rate Increase: For the first time in two years we need to increase our private (self) pay rates to keep pace with our costs. The new rates will take effect on January 1, 2024 for all new clients. Fees for current clients will increase 30 days after they have been notified. A signed, updated Good Faith Estimate / Financial Form will be initiated and recorded as required by state law. 12.28.23
Updated No-Show & Cancelation Notification Policy and Associated Fees: Effective January 1, 2024 – required cancellation notification time period will change from 24 to 48 hours. Cancellation fee will be adjusted from $55 per occurrence to $75 per occuarance. The purpose of the change is to cut down the number of unnecessary cancellations which minimizes the effective use of the counselor’s time and expertise. It will give the office staff more opportunity to offer the unused time slot to someone who needs it. 12.28.23

Our office staff typically works between 8:30am to 3:30 – 4pm, Monday through Friday. On Saturday we normally have someone in the office from 8:30 to 3pm. Sunday is a family day. We attempt to have someone in the office during normal business hours, but when that isn’t possible, or when the staff is on the phone already when you call, be sure to leave a voice mail message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. You may also send an email to [email protected]. 2.7.22
